該系統(tǒng)結(jié)合傳統(tǒng)輸送帶列隊、分揀的功能，配合RFID射頻掃描對整箱貨物進行判別，可快速對出庫、入庫的產(chǎn)品進行整箱盤點，并根據(jù)盤點結(jié)果進行分揀流轉(zhuǎn)。
若是獨立使用該組系統(tǒng)，工人可將貨箱抬至緩沖臺，依靠緩沖臺的萬向滾珠輕松將紙箱推入輸送帶；若是將該組系統(tǒng)結(jié)合運用于現(xiàn)有傳送帶，將列隊輸送帶部分直接接入現(xiàn)有系統(tǒng)即可
該設(shè)備適用于所有已經(jīng)貼上RFID標(biāo)簽的非金屬貨物，實現(xiàn)出、入庫的快速點選，節(jié)省了大量的人員和時間，可以與公司物聯(lián)網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)進行對接，即為RFID+互聯(lián)網(wǎng)，讓公司對產(chǎn)品的整個生命周期進行全程監(jiān)控。
該設(shè)備特別適用于服裝、化妝品、藥品等單值較大且大宗的商品。
